• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Opened or used perfumes/attars cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.

• To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, sale/discounted items, and used/opened products cannot be returned.
